On-Line Adoption Services

Our National Adoption System recognizes families built through adoption by offering Adoption Lawyers, Financial Aid, State Regulators, Support Groups, Locating Birth Parents and Medical Records, State, National and International Adoption Agencies. WLS answers employees questions and presents services that facilitate the adoption process. Adoption referral is one of the most rapidly growing work/life benefits in the country.

Oregon's Tax Credit Program

In 1987, after hearing extensive testimony about the state’s dependent care needs, the Oregon Legislature passed a law that gives Oregon employers a tax advantage for assisting employees to meet their dependent care needs and expenses. Since January 1, 1988, Oregon employers can claim a tax credit equal to 50% of the amount for dependent care information and referral services.

The highest level of client customized features has been incorporated into this service delivery model. These features allow you to ask your employees questions, highlight other benefits available to your employees and insert your EAP program within the system.
